Weekly green cart collection is returning to the Halifax Regional Municipality next month.

HRM says summer collection service starts Saturday, July 2 and will run through September.

“Collection services can begin as early as 7 a.m.,” the municipality says in a news release.

“To ensure collection, residents are asked to place materials curbside the evening prior to collection day.”

Bi-weekly green cart collection will return on Monday, October 3.
