On Sunday at roughly 2:50 a.m., officers responded to reports of gunshots in the area of Lahey Road and Clarence Street where police found two people suffering from gunshot wounds. Related: HRP investigate suspicious death in Dartmouth Police said a 30-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman were both transported to hospital by EHS where the man died of his injuries. The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service has ruled his death a homicide.
