On Monday at roughly 4:35 a.m., officers responded to a break and enter in progress at a business on Lower Water Street. Police said when they arrived on scene, two people ran away but were quickly captured after a brief foot chase. According to HRP, the two suspects were responsible for a break and enter at the same business earlier in the month.
