Police were called to Wyse Road on June 15at around 9:10 p.m. after a report that an assault had occurred inside the store. Police say after the assault, the suspect sped away in a waiting vehicle. One victim was treated at the hospital, while the second man was treated at the scene. Acting on information that came from the public after an appeal for information, officers arrested a 29-year-old man at a residence in the 1600 block of the Bedford Highway. The unidentified suspect will face charges including aggravated assault at a later date.
