Halifax Regional Police were called to Lahey Road, near Albro Lake Road, at around 11:20 p.m. Saturday, where they found a man with gunshot wounds outside a residence. The 36-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have identified the victim as Nathaniel Maurice Brown and say they do not believe this was a random act. “Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time,” said HRP in a news release.
