According to police, at about 10 a.m., officers were called to Thomas Raddall Drive to reports of a man threatening another person with a weapon in the 160 block. Police say the suspect was taken into custody at about 10:40 a.m. The investigation led to a hold-and-secure at Halifax West High School and at the Canada Games Centre, both of which were eventually lifted.
