This comes after Premier Tim Houston and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Robert Strang previously hinted at easing restrictions slightly at a previous COVID-19 briefing. Starting today, sports practices and rehearsals for arts and culture performances can have up to 25 people indoors and 50 outdoors. The province says they cannot have multiple groups, games or performances and spectators are still not permitted. In a release, Strang says this is being done because the province recognizes the the physical and mental health benefits of having full sports practices and rehearsals for arts and culture performances. All other restrictions will remain in place until at least February 14. Officials indicated there will be a COVID briefing this week. 6 comments 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Postcards support local north end artists next post المزيد من حروب الطائرات من دون طيار على الأبواب You may also like RCI: Ottawa ne lie plus la renégociation de... 25 يوليو، 2026 RCI: La nouvelle IA d’Anthropic présentée comme moins... 25 يوليو، 2026 RCI: Le Canada inaugure le pont Gordie-Howe, sans... 25 يوليو، 2026 RCI: Trump menace d’imposer « un gros tarif... 25 يوليو، 2026 RCI: Billions in trade, 850,000 hours saved and... 24 يوليو، 2026 RCI : Trump vows tariffs to come for... 24 يوليو، 2026 RCI: U.S. measles cases have already broken last... 24 يوليو، 2026 RCI: CBC INVESTIGATES | Doctors are using a... 24 يوليو، 2026 CITYnews halifax: N.B. police investigate possible hate crime... 24 يوليو، 2026 CITYnews halifax: Zinc mine restarts in Halifax County... 24 يوليو، 2026 Leave a Comment Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
