Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for HRM and areas to the north, including Cape Breton, warning of a storm that could bring heavy rain and strong winds Friday night into Saturday. The national forecaster says most regions could see rainfall amounts ranging from 25 to 50 mm from this system, and with the ground frozen, that could create localized flooding. The winds could also be an issue, with gusts as high as 90 km/h expected. Environment Canada says significant snowmelt and runoff may occur due to this storm and is reminding residents to clear storm drains and gutters of ice and other debris. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post آخر سنوات النهضوي بوتيتشيللي بين رسم النسوية والغضب السياسي next post Black Cultural Centre for N.S. gets a funding boost from the province You may also like ستة كنديين بين الناشطين الذين أوقفتهم إسرائيل قبالة... 18 مايو، 2026 Province puts aside money to ensure affordable housing... 18 مايو، 2026 Ottawa still pledging to double construction pace despite... 18 مايو، 2026 Tides FC looks for rebound win in Victoria... 18 مايو، 2026 U.S. says it’s pausing long-standing military board with... 18 مايو، 2026 THREE HRM restaurants make country’s top 100 outdoor...
