Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for several regions in Nova Scotia, including Halifax.

The national forecaster said on Wednesday that snow will begin in the western areas of the province Thursday afternoon and will work its way east by evening.

The snowfall warning includes Annapolis, Kings, Hants, Queens, Lunenburg, and Halifax Counties.

Drivers are being reminded to adjust their driving habits as road conditions deteriorate.  The snowfall may sometimes hamper visibility, depending on the storm’s intensity.
