اندبندنت عربية / جمال شنيتر صحافي ومراسل تلفزيوني في عام 1982 أدرجت منظمة التربية والثقافة والعلوم (يونسكو)، مدينة شبام حضرموت على قائمة التراث الإنساني الدولي، وبعد عامين زارها المدير العام للمنظمة الأممية حينها، أحمد مختار أمبو، وفي عام 2007 حصلت شبام على جائزة الآغا خان الدولية للعمارة، وهكذا باتت واحدة من المدن الحضارية العالمية، ما جعلها بؤرة جذب سياحي وقبلة للباحثين والزوار. وتقع مدينة شبام في محافظة حضرموت شرقي اليمن، وهي واحدة من المدن التاريخية الموغلة في القدم، والتي يعود تاريخ بنائها إلى ما قبل الميلاد، وسميت بهذا الاسم نسبة إلى بانيها شبام بن السكون بن الأشرس، ومن قبل سميت باسم شبام بن الحارث بن حضرموت بن سبأ الأصغر. وبحسب الكاتب والباحث علوي بن سميط، تعرضت المدينة في تاريخها إلى عدة محاولات للسيطرة عليها من ممالك سبأ وحمير، ومنها حملة تالب الجدني الذي قاد أكثر من 700 محارب لمهاجمتها في القرن الرابع الميلادي، وقاوم أهلها هذه الهجمة، لكن تالب تمكن من السيطرة عليها. شواهد العمارة ويلفت بن سميط في حديثه لـ”اندبندنت عربية” إلى المكانة الكبيرة التي تحتلها شبام، وبخاصة في فن العمارة الطينية، ما جعلها ضمن مدن التراث العالمي بحسب منظمة اليونسكو العالمية، مشيراً إلى أن هذه العمارة شاهدة على قدرة الإنسان اليمني والمهندس المعماري الحضرمي القديم، وكل ذلك جعلها محط اهتمام اليمنيون يقاومون الحرب بالمسرح… مهرجان وطني في حضرموت ويضيف “تعلو المنازل المتراصة والمتلاصقة المبنية من الطين والمواد المحلية، وتبدو كقلعة منيعة تواجه تقلبات الزمن، إضافة إلى موقعها في وسط وادي حضرموت، والمدينة لها أربع ساحات رئيسة، والدخول إليها يكون عبر بوابة وحيدة تُسمى “السدة” من الواجهة الجنوبية، وشُكّل مبناها الحالي منذ الثمانينيات، وفيها سبعة مساجد تاريخية، ويحيط بها سورٌ منذ القِدم يتفاوت ارتفاعه ما بين أربعة إلى تسعة أمتار مشيد بالمدر (الطوب الطيني)، إلا أن السور تعرض في فترات زمنية للدمار والانهيار، وظل حتى سبعينيات القرن الماضي مهدماً حتى أعيد بناؤه في الثمانينيات، وفي 2007 انهار جزء منه في الجهة الشمالية وتمت إعادته”. السيول والفيضانات ويتطرق إلى ما أحدثته السيول والفيضانات بمساحة ومباني المدينة عبر التاريخ قائلاً “مساحة شبام أوسع مما هي عليه الآن، إلا أنه بفعل العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية ذهبت أجزاء كبيرة من مبانيها ومساجدها، فقد أدت الأمطار والفيضانات عبر التاريخ إلى تدمير أجزاء منها، وأشهرها سيل (الهيم) الذي داهم المدينة عام 1299، وفي القرن العشرين دمرت السيول دفاعات المدينة وسد الموزع، حيث تعاقبت عليها السيول في سنوات عدة، وأبرزها سيول الأعوام 1983 و1988 و1996 و2008، حيث دمرت عدداً من البيوت الطينية والمساجد”. شُيدت المدينة التاريخية من الطين وبعض المواد المحلية (اندبندنت عربية) وينوّه بن سميط بمكانة شبام التاريخية كعاصمة مملكة حضرموت القديمة بعد الميلاد عقب خراب الحاضرة “شبوة”، وكمركز تجاري منذ القدم، فهي محطة تصدير أهم منتجات حضرموت (اللبان) فيما قبل الميلاد وحتى القرن الرابع الميلادي، حيث تصدره عبر ميناءين لحضرموت القديمة هما الشحر وقنا، وكذا عبر الطرق البرية الصحراوية، وبقيت سوقاً تجارية شهيرة على مستوى المنطقة حتى ثلاثينيات القرن الماضي، إذ كانت تستقبل أكثر من ألف جمل لنقل البضايع المتنوعة شهرياً، وتحمل منها قوافل الحبوب والمنسوجات إلى مناطق وأسواق يمنية أخرى كنجران والبيضاء وصنعاء وزبيد. مشاكل ومخاطر وتعد شبام واحدة من المدن اليمنية المسجلة في قائمة التراث العالمي منذ عام 1982، وهي نموذج للمدن الطينية في وادي حضرموت، وأُسست منذ ما قبل الإسلام ومبانيها الحالية شُيدت قبل أكثر من 500 سنة. ووفقاً لمدير عام مكتب الهيئة العامة للمحافظة على المدن التاريخية في المدينة، حسن عيديد، فإن المكتب هو الجهة المسؤولة عن تنفيذ سياسة الحفاظ عن تنفيذ المواثيق الدولية للحفاظ على مباني شبام، وتنفيذ مشروعات الحفاظ والترميم والتواصل مع المنظمات الدولية المعنية بصون التراث الثقافي المادي. ويستعرض عدداً من المشكلات والمخاطر التي تواجه المدينة التراثية، ومن أبرزها خطر الفيضانات والسيول وما تسببه من أضرار على المباني الطينية، وتوقف الدعم المالي الحكومي، وكذا الدعم الفني من قبل المنظمات الدولية، ما أثر سلباً في تنفيذ سياسة الحفاظ على المباني، وبقاء المدينة ضمن قائمة المدن المهددة بالخطر منذ أن أُدرجت عليها في عام 2015، بالإضافة إلى استمرار الصراعات السياسية والحرب الدائرة في اليمن والتي تأثرت بها شبام بصورة مباشرة وغير مباشرة. وتابع “رغم استمرار الحرب في اليمن، فإن مكتب الهيئة يعمل بهمة ونشاط من أجل الحفاظ على شبام ومنع أي تشوهات أو مخالفات معمارية قد تضر بالمدينة، ورغم الصعوبات المالية التي توقفت عن مكتب الهيئة، فإن المدينة ظلت محافظة على نمطها المعماري، وهذا النجاح جاء نتيجة العلاقة الوطيدة بين مكتب الهيئة ومختلف منظمات المجتمع المدني العاملة في المدينة، وكذلك العلاقة الوثيقة بالسلطات المحلية”. طراز معماري فريد أبدعه المهندس اليمني القديم (اندبندنت عربية) وأوضح أنه “تم تنفيذ عدد من الأنشطة ومشروعات الترميم الصغيرة بهدف إبقاء شبام محافظةً على نمطها المعماري، والاستمرار في توجيه الأهالي بالمشاركة في الحفاظ على مدينتهم باعتبارهم مُلاك هذا الإرث، وتوجيه منظمات المجتمع المدني والسلطة المحلية بضرورة الإسهام في الحفاظ على شبام في حدها الأدنى ومنع أي مخالفات وتشوهات معمارية، وكذا حصر وتقييم الأضرار في مبانيها بسبب التفجيرات والفيضانات في استمارة اليونسكو المعتمدة، وتشكيل 3 فرق عمل ميدانية، بحيث تضم كل مجموعة ثلاثة أفراد لحصر الأضرار في المباني مثل الأضرار الهيكلية، والأساسات، والأسقف، والتشققات، والأبواب والنوافذ، وأضرار العناصر المعمارية”. مشروعات ترميم وعن ترميم المباني الطينية، أشار عيديد إلى مشروع ترميم الجزء المنهار من سور المدينة بسبب تأثير التفجيرات الإرهابية التي حصلت في نوفمبر (تشرين الثاني) عام 2015، وبسبب الأمطار انهار جزء من السور الجنوبي للمدينة، وتم التدخل لترميمه بتمويل من وكيل محافظة حضرموت لشؤون مديريات الوادي والصحراء، بالإضافة إلى مشروع ترميم معالم تاريخية في شبام، منها البوابة والمدخل الرئيسين للقصور، بخلاف مشروع صيانة قصر السلطان الكثيري سيئون، كما يُنفذ حالياً مشروع إعادة تأهيل المدينة الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي عبر منظمة اليونسكو، والذي سينفذ على مدار ثلاث سنوات تنتهي في عام 2023. البساطة والفخامة وتتميز شبام بالبساطة والفخامة، وتتجلى الميزة الأولى في استخدام المواد المحلية في البناء مثل الحجر والطين والخشب، كما كانت بساطة مقرونة بعلم واسع بالفطرة والتجربة بهندسة البناء في وضع نماذج فريدة ومميزة تضمن عناصر وظيفية تلبي حاجة البيئة والظروف المناخية والعادات والتقاليد الاجتماعية. ويرى الأمين العام لجمعية العمارة الطينية في المدينة، برك باصويطين، أن “تاريخ شبام يرتبط بشكل وثيق بتاريخ جنوب الجزيرة العربية، حيث كانت عاصمة دولة حضرموت القديمة بموقعها المهم في منتصف وادي حضرموت، ونقطة التقاء معظم الوديان الفرعية، وساعد ذلك في أن تكون نقطه مهمة ومحطه أساسية في طريق القوافل التجارية المحملة بالبهارات والبخور والحبوب والتمور في جنوب شبة الجزيرة”. تعتبر المدينة مزاراً سياحياً مهماً (اندبندنت عربية) سد الموزع ويتابع “ليس غريباً أن تبقى شبام عاصمة لوادي حضرموت ردحاً من الزمن الطويل حتى عام 1365ﮪ، وهي من حيث المساحة ورقعة المباني كانت متسعة أكثر مما هي عليه الآن، إذ هدمتها السيول وجارت عليها الحروب بالويل والخراب، وللتغلب على هذا الخطر توصل معماريوها إلى فكرة بناء سد (موزع) غربي المدينة عند ملتقى مياه السيول، وشُيد من الحجر مع إضافة مواد محلية أولية إلى سطحه، وتم عمل ذلك بفكر هندسي سليم وأياد فنية خبيرة منذ القرن العاشر الهجري، ولا يزال السد صامداً حتى اليوم كآية من آيات العمارة الطينية الشبامية، فهو يحمي المدينة من السيول وينظم في الوقت ذاته عملية الري الزراعي بطريقة مدروسة، ولهذا سُمي (الموزّع)”. يواصل “يحيط بالمدينة سور قديم من الطوب الطيني، يعتبر وسيلة مهمه للدفاع عنها، وفيه مدخل واحد رئيس للمدينة يُسمى (السدة) أي البوابة الكبيرة، كما أن شبام تقع على كتلة صخرية تحيط بها أراض زراعية من كل الجهات تقريباً، ونظراً إلى ضيق المساحة الأفقية انطلق بناؤها إلى عنان السماء حتى وصل في بعض البيوت إلى تسعة طوابق من الطين”. تدخل سريع ويؤكد باصويطين أن “وضع المدينة حالياً بحاجة إلى تدخل سريع، وخصوصاً سور المدينة الذي بدأ بعض أجزائه ينهار، كما يجب ترميم البيوت المتهالكة، وإنشاء صندوق أو وحدة خاصة تضم كل الجهات المعنية لترميم المنازل، والحفاظ على
