X FILEعربي الشيعة في نيجيريا: لماذا حظرت نيجيريا الحركة الإسلامية الموالية لإيران؟ by admin 5 أغسطس، 2019 written by admin 5 أغسطس، 2019 76 هارونا شيهو تانغازا – BBC – أبوجا اتخذت الحكومة النيجيرية قرارا مثيرا للجدل، بحظر الحركة الإسلامية في نيجيريا، التي توصف بأنها جماعة شيعية موالية لإيران. واتهمت الحكومة الحركة بأنها “عدوة للدولة”. وتتحدى الحركة قرار الحظر، وتقول إنها جماعة سلمية، وإنها في حقيقة الأمر تعاني من العنف الممنهج الذي تمارسه الدولة. وتثير هذه التطورات مخاوف من أن تتحول نيجيريا – الدولة الغنية بالنفط – إلى ساحة صراع بين السنة والشيعة. ما هي الحركة الإسلامية في نيجيريا؟ أُسست الحركة منذ حوالي أربعة عقود، وتنادي بتأسيس دولة إسلامية على النمط الإيراني في نيجيريا. وتأثرت الحركة كثيرا بالثورة الإسلامية الإيرانية، بعد أن شهد قادتها سيطرة آية الله الخميني على الحكم عقب الإطاحة بالشاه، حليف الولايات المتحدة، في انتفاضة شعبية عام 1979. وقد ظل الخميني مثلا أعلى للحركة، يُقسم أفرادها على الولاء له أولا في اجتماعهم، ومن ثم لقائد الجماعة الشيخ إبراهيم زكزاكي، المعتقل منذ عام 2015 . ولا تعترف الحركة بسلطة الحكومة النيجيرية، وترى أن المسؤولين الحكوميين، سواء مسيحيين أو مسلمين، فاسدون وغير شرعيين. GETTY IMAGES الاشتباكات زادت في الأسابيع الأخيرة بين أفراد الأمن ومؤيدي زكزاكي ويأتي قرار الحظر بعد أسابيع من الاحتجاجات التي نظمها أفراد الحركة للمطالبة بالإفراج عن زكزاكي، والمطالبة بالعدالة بحق مئات الأعضاء الذين قتلتهم قوات الأمن. وشهدت الكثير من هذه الاحتجاجات أعمال عنف واشتباكات بين المتظاهرين وأفراد الأمن، من بينها اشتباكات أمام البرلمان. وكان ضابط كبير من بين ضحايا الاحتجاجات في العاصمة أبوجا. وقال رئيس الشرطة، محمد أدامو، لكبار الضباط بعد صدور القرار إن “أي شخص يتعاون أو ينتمي للحركة أو أي من أنشطتها، يجب أن يعامل كإرهابي، وعدو للدولة، وعنصر مخرب، ويجب إخضاعه للعدالة”. ماذا قالت الحركة عن الحظر؟ تنكر الحركة ضلوعها في أي أعمال عنف، وتتهم قوات الأمن بقتل العديد من المتظاهرين السلميين. وترى أن بخاري – وهو مسلم سني – من أعوان المملكة العربية السعودية، وتقول إنه يسعى للقضاء على أعضاء الحركة.
