Regional police investigate shooting in Dartmouth

Regional police are investigating a shooting that took place in Dartmouth on Tuesday.

Police say at roughly 12:45 p.m., officers received a report of gunshots in the area of Mount Edward Road earlier that morning.

According to HRP, they were able to find shell casings in the area and it is believed the shots were fired at roughly 2 a.m.

No damage was located to any vehicles or homes in the area and there were no reported injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
