Police say 35-year-old Etty-Blaise Ntumba was reported missing on Monday. Ntumba is described as 5’10” tall, approximately 140 lbs., slim build, short dark hair, and brown eyes. HRP says, there is no information to suggest that she has met with foul play, but there is some concern for her well-being.
