Torry Glen-Higgins was reported missing on Jul. 5. Police say the 35-year-old was last heard from in late June. He’s described as approximately six-feet tall with red hair and a red beard. Police say there’s no information to suggest foul play in the case, but there is concern for Glen-Higgins’ well-being.
