According to police, 59-year-old Jesse Winston Arnold was reported missing to police on Mar. 6 and was last seen in the Spryfield area Mar. 4. He is described as a white man, approximately 5’9″ tall, 146 lbs., with a slim build. Arnold has straight white hair and beard with hazel eyes. Police said there is no information to suggest he has met with foul play but there is concern for his well-being. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 902-490-5020.
