Police on scene of shooting in Dartmouth

Regional police were on scene of a shooting in Dartmouth on Tuesday.

At roughly 3:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of shooting that happened in the area of Primrose Street.

Police say one person was taken to hospital but didn’t say what the extent of their injuries were.

The investigation is in the early stages and police say they’ll provide more information once it becomes available.
