Police look for woman reported missing (update: located)

Cecilia Hay, 63, has been located safe and is no longer considered missing.

Halifax Regional Police are looking for a woman who has been reported missing.

They say Cecilia Hay is visiting from Alberta and is not familiar with Halifax.

The 63-year-old was last seen Tuesday morning in the area of Armview Terrace.

She’s described as white and around 5’8″ with a medium build, green eyes and medium length blonde hair.

“There is no information to suggest that Cecilia has met with foul play, however, police and his family are concerned for her well-being,” said HRP in a news release.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
