Police look for woman reported missing

Halifax Regional Police are looking for a woman that has been reported missing.

They say Andrea Portia Chirkoski was last seen on Monday, January 24 in the Wyse Road area of Dartmouth.

The 44-year-old is described as around 5’9″ with brown hair. She was last seen getting into a grey sedan and may have been wearing a grey puffy jacket at the time.

“There is no information to suggest that Andrea has met with foul play, however, her family and police are concerned for her well-being,” said HRP in a news release.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
