Police look for suspect in vehicle break-in

A man broke into a vehicle that was in a Barrington Street parking lot last week

Halifax Regional Police are have released photos of a suspect after a vehicle break-in last week.

They say at around 3:45 p.m. last Tuesday, January 31, a man broke into a vehicle that was in a parking lot on Barrington Street north of Vestry.

Property was taken from the vehicle.

The suspect is described as white and in his 20s to 30s with a slim build, brown hair and glasses. He had been wearing a black jacket, black pants and a grey and black hat.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
