Officers were first called to Highfield Park Drive just before 12:30 a.m. that day. They say a man took cigarettes and cash, then assaulted an employee who confronted him. He ran off with the cigarettes. Then at around 6 a.m., HRP say the suspect returned and tried to steal more cigarettes, then threatened and assaulted an employee. He’s described as white, in his 20s, around 5’7″ with reddish-brown hair and facial hair. He had been wearing black jogging pants, a black winter jacket, a dark grey hooded sweater and black shoes.
