They say Jesse Laurance Raymond Phillips was last heard from on Friday, August 5. The 32-year-old is often in the Fairview area. He’s described as around 6 feet tall and 120 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. “There is no information to suggest that Jesse has met with foul play, however, police and his family are concerned for his well-being,” HRP said in a news release.
