They say Anthony James Guitard was last seen on Wednesday, November 10 in the Pinecrest Drive area. The 34-year-old is described as 5’11” and around 160 pounds with medium blondish-brown hair, brown eyes and a short blondish-brown beard. He has tattoos on his arms and left hand. “There is no information to suggest that Anthony has met with foul play, however, his family and police are concerned for his well-being,” said HRP in a news release.
