At roughly 2:15 a.m., Mounties responded to a report of a home invasion on Upper Partridge Road near Highway 7 where three men, one of whom was armed with a handgun, broke into the home through a window. They are accused of assaulting one of the three residents and demanding money before taking off. Police say a 42-year-old man suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital, while the two other occupants of the home, a 48-year-old woman and a youth, did not suffer physical injuries. The three male suspects wore black ski masks. Two of them were dressed in black, while the third was wearing a black and white jogging suit.
