Police investigate weapons complaint at Dalhousie’s Killam Library

Police were on the scene for a weapons complaint on Dalhousie University’s campus on Tuesday afternoon.

Police said at roughly 2 p.m., officers responded to a report of a man with a gun near Killam Library on Coburg road.

According to HRP, officers checked the building and the surrounding area and could not find the man.

There were no reported injuries and officers stayed in the area as a precautionary measure.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
