The first happened on Oct. 12 at a grocery store, the second Nov. 13 at a big box store, and the third on Nov. 20 again at the grocery store. Victims told police they were approached by a suspect who distracted them while a second suspect stole their purse. The first suspect is described as a white man in his 40s, around 6 feet tall and thin with straight, grey-blond hair and tattoos on his forearms. The second suspect is described as a white woman, between 25 and 35 years old, around 5’4″, thin with long, blonde hair and tattoos on her back and arms.
