Police investigate suspicious death on Pinecrest Dr. in Dartmouth

Halifax Regional Police have taken a man into custody as officers investigate what’s being referred to as a suspicious death in Dartmouth.

HRP said officers responded to reports of a disturbance in an apartment building on Pinecrest Dr. at about 7:10 a.m. A man was found dead inside the building and a 47-year-old man was arrested at the scene.

Few details were immediately made public and police said more information would be provided once it became available.
