Expect an ongoing police presence in part of Bedford this week.

Halifax Regional Police say they’ll be conducting training exercises Tuesday and Wednesday in the Damascus Road area.

“We ask for the public’s cooperation in allowing officers to concentrate on the exercises and thank citizens in advance for their understanding and cooperation,” HRP said in a news release.
