In a press conference on Tuesday morning, Halifax Regional Police chief Don MacLean said human remains have been found that are believed to be those of Devon Marsman. Two men, 26-year-old Treyton Alexander Marsman and a 20-year-old, who was a youth at the time of the alleged incident, were expected in court on Tuesday. Treyton Marsman, who police confirm is related to Devon, is facing charges including second-degree murder and indignity to human remains. The 20-year-old is facing charges including accessory after the fact to murder and obstructing justice.
