The municipality has enacted its overnight winter parking ban for Zone 1 and Zone 2 from 1 a.m. until 6 a.m. Monday, January 8. A zone map is available here. According to the city all Vehicles must be parked off municipal streets during the hours noted above. Regardless of the status of an overnight winter parking ban, vehicles can be towed day or night at any time of year if they interfere with snow-clearing operations, as per Section 139 of the Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Act.
