The Mounties say the investigation started on Nov. 10, when Halifax Regional Police contacted the RCMP about an aggravated assault in front of the store on Lucasville Road. Police say the victim, a 30-year-old Beaver Bank man, suffered serious injuries and went to hospital. They say the victim and suspect are known to each other.
