Chebucto Road has reopened to traffic. ************************* Halifax Regional Police are investigating a suspicious package found in a playground. The Forensic Identification Section are on scene near Chebucto Road and Chebucto Lane. As of 1:10 p.m., Chebucto Road is closed between Windsor Street and Dublin Street and police are asking the public to avoid the area.
