Ontario police look for federal offender known to frequent Halifax

Ontario’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada wide warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release. 

Michael Rhyno, 29, is described as a Caucasion male, 5’11”, 146 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Rhyno is currently serving a four year, nine month and 15 day sentence for manslaughter and uttering threats to cause harm/death.

The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Ontario and Halifax, Nova Scotia.
