As of Jan. 12, Halifax Transit has been running the ferry on a reduced schedule of every 30 minutes from 7 a.m. until 8:15 p.m. on weekdays. That is down from its regular 15-minute schedule. The municipality provided an update on Wednesday, saying repairs to the Vincent Coleman vessel, which broke down last week, are now expected to return to service by Jan. 31.
