The Canada Border Services Agency intercepted two suspicious parcels addressed to a home in Meaghers Grant in Spring 2022, with each package containing five firearm suppressors. Then in July 2022, CBSA investigators arrested Gordon Victor Julien of Meaghers Grant for smuggling and executed a search warrant at his home. During the search, CBSA found and seized one 3D firearm with suppressor, 3D firearm components, one prohibited handgun, a large amount of cash, and 40 3D-printed glock switches which enable semi-automatic firearms to be fully automatic. As a result, Julien is facing a laundry list of charges including weapons trafficking, making automatic firearms, and possession for the purpose of weapons trafficking, among others. “Keeping restricted and prohibited firearms and weapons out of Canada is an enforcement priority that CBSA officers and investigators take seriously,” said Dominic Mallette, Director, Intelligence & Enforcement, Atlantic Region, CBSA. “Thanks to the great work accomplished in collaboration with the RCMP, we’ve successfully dismantled a suspected 3D firearms manufacturing operation in Nova Scotia.” Julien was released by the courts on conditions, and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court in March. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Jerry Seinfeld headlines summer Halifax comedy festival next post Youth charged after weapons call at Dartmouth school You may also like CITYnews halifax: Canadian Baseball League pitching Nova Scotia... 7 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax: Coast guard rescues sailor off Newfoundland... 7 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : 33-year-old pedestrian killed in New... 2026 CITYnews halifax: Stop work order issued after Fairview... 5 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Halifax urging good ‘etiquette’ ahead... 5 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Child behind emergency alert found... 5 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Union lifts strike action at... 5 يونيو، 2026
