(CityNews) CANADAHALIFAX news North Preston man charged with attempted murder in stabbing incident by admin 11 يوليو، 2025 written by admin 11 يوليو، 2025 63 CITYnews halifax / By Natasha O’Neill RCMP laid charges against a man following a stabbing incident on Thursday morning. Police said they were called to a home on Churchill Terrace for an assault at 11:45 a.m. There, they learned that two men who were known to each other were involved in an altercation. This is when one man stabbed the other, the press release reads. The victim is a 22-year-old North Preston man who suffered non-life-threatening injuries but was still sent to hospital. There were two women, also known to the men, who were in the home at the time but did not suffer any injuries. Mounties said they charged and arrested Tyrese Seymour Byrne, 24, from North Preston with attempt to commit murder.
