Halifax Regional Police officers descended onto Kingsmere Court at 12:38 p.m. after receiving a call of shots being heard in the area. Police report no injuries associated with the shooting but stress their investigation remains in its early stages. Investigators say they don’t believe this to be a random shooting. Anyone with information on the incident or video from the area is asked to call police at 902-490-5020.
