وأستاذ العلوم السياسية والدراسات الإسرائيلية في جامعة القدس، فلسطين. ملخص تبحث هذه الدراسة في دور الحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي في النكبة سنة 1948 استنادًا إلى وثائقه. وتقف عند العوامل الأساسية التي ساهمت في دعمه، عشية حرب 1948، إنشاءَ دولةٍ للمستوطنين الكولونياليين الصهيونيين اليهود في فلسطين ضد إرادة أصحابها الشرعيين وعلى حسابهم. وتتابع الدراسة كيفية انخراطه وعمله في جميع المجالات الفكرية والسياسية والعسكرية والإعلامية والأممية لتحقيق هذا الهدف. كما تعالج تجاهل الحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي الطبيعة الكولونيالية الإحلالية والإجلائية للحركة الصهيونية وتحالفها المتين مع الدول الاستعمارية، وتجاهله هدف الصهيونية ونشاطها لطرد الشعب الفلسطيني من أرضه، وتسويغه سعيها لإقامة الدولة اليهودية على حسابه بأنه “نضال من أجل التحرر القومي ومن أجل الاستقلال”، ونفيه في الوقت نفسه حق الشعب العربي الفلسطيني في الدفاع عن وطنه ووقوفه ضد الحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية، وادعاءه أنها “عميلة للاستعمار”، وأن المقاتلين الفلسطينيين والعرب ما هم إلا “عصابات مأجورة” و”قتلة” و”خدم” الاستعمار. الجزء الأول | الجزء الثاني خامسًا: اجتماع ميكونيس ببن غوريون بقي شموئيل ميكونيس في أوروبا الشرقية حتى 12 أيار/ مايو 1948، وقد عاد إلى تل أبيب قبل يومين من إعلان دافيد بن غوريون قيام الدولة اليهودية في فلسطين. وبادر ميكونيس بعد فترة وجيزة من وصوله إلى تل أبيب إلى الاجتماع ببن غوريون، رئيس الحكومة الإسرائيلية. وقد ذكر ميكونيس أنه عندما رأى في الخامس عشر من أيار/ مايو 1948 طائرات مصرية تحلق فوق تل أبيب بارتفاع منخفض وتطلق النار على محطة توليد الكهرباء في تل أبيب، اتصل فورًا بمساعد بن غوريون، نحمياه أرغوف، وطلب منه الاجتماع ببن غوريون، وقد رتّب له أرغوف اجتماعًا ببن غوريون الذي كان مشغولًا جدًا بإدارة شؤون الحرب. وذكر ميكونيس في شهادته أنه عند اجتماعه ببن غوريون في 24 أيار/ مايو[1]، قال لبن غوريون في هذا الاجتماع: “لم أكن أتخيل أنكم ضعفاء إلى هذا الحد. ألا يوجد لديكم شيء؟ كيف تسمحون للطائرات المصرية بالطيران بحرية فوق تل أبيب وقصف محطة ريدينغ لتوليد الكهرباء من دون أي رد؟”. فأجابه بن غوريون، وفق ما ذكر ميكونيس، بقوله: “لا يوجد لديّ أي شيء”[2]. أشار ميكونيس إلى أن بن غوريون كان شديد الحرص على أن يعرف في هذا الاجتماع كل شيء عن نشاط ميكونيس في أوروبا الشرقية في الشهور الثلاثة الأخيرة، وعن تفاصيل اجتماعاته الكثيرة بقادة دول أوروبا الشرقية. وأخبر ميكونيس بن غوريون أنه يعتزم العودة إلى أوروبا الشرقية، وخاصة إلى تشيكوسلوفاكيا، من أجل جلب السلاح من تشيكوسلوفاكيا، وكذلك لجلب المقاتلين والهجرة اليهودية، ولا سيما الهجرة المقاتلة من دول أوروبا الشرقية. كان ميكونيس شحيحًا جدًا في إعطاء تفاصيل في شهادته عن مضمون اجتماعه ببن غوريون. وقد ادعى ميكونيس في شهادته أنه لم يقدم تقريرًا لبن غوريون عن نشاطه في أوروبا الشرقية، ولم يطلعه على تفاصيل الاتصالات التي أجراها في أوروبا الشرقية لجلب السلاح والمتطوعين، والهجرة اليهودية إلى الييشوف اليهودي في فلسطين. ولكن يُستشفّ مما كتبه بن غوريون في كتابه يوميات الحرب، أن ميكونيس قدّم لبن غوريون شرحًا وافيًا عن نشاطاته في زيارته دول أوروبا الشرقية، وعن الاجتماعات التي عقدها بقادة هذه الدول التي زارها، وأيضًا عن اجتماعاته بقادة الأحزاب الشيوعية فيها. فقد ذكر بن غوريون في كتابه يوميات الحرب أن ميكونيس جاء إليه في مكتبه بعد ظهر 24 أيار/ مايو 1948، بعد زيارته رومانيا ويوغسلافيا وتشيكوسلوفاكيا وبولندا وبلغاريا، وقد “تحدّث مع قادتها عن تزويدنا بالسلاح. في بلغاريا مع ديميتروف، وفي يوغسلافيا مع رانكوفيتش، وفي رومانيا مع لوكا، وفي تشيكيا مع كلامنتيس، وفي بولندا مع بيرمن ومودولوفسكي”. كما قال بن غوريون إن ميكونيس سأله إنْ كان ما نشرته في تلك الأيام صحيفة عال همشمار، لسان حال حزب العمال الموحد، صحيحًا، من أن إسرائيل ترفض طلب المساعدة العسكرية من دول أوروبا الشرقية، فأجابه بن غوريون بأن القائمين على صحيفة عال همشمار يعرفون أن ما نشروه هو محض افتراء. وقال بن غوريون: “لقد توجّهنا وحصلنا فعلًا على مساعدة عسكرية من تشيكوسلوفاكيا ويوغسلافيا حتى قبل تأسيس الدولة”. وقال بن غوريون أيضًا إن ميكونيس سأله إذا كان بن غوريون يقبل بقدوم خبراء عسكريين شيوعيين من دول أوروبا الشرقية إلى إسرائيل، فأجابه بقوله: “نقبلهم بكل ترحاب”[3]. بن غوريون يعلن “قيام” إسرائيل وبعد اجتماعه ببن غوريون، ذهب ميكونيس هو وعضو المكتب السياسي للحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي، إستير فيلونسكا، واجتمعا بغولدا مئير، وأخبراها بأن ميكونيس يريد السفر بأسرع وقت إلى تشيكوسلوفاكيا من أجل جلب السلاح والمقاتلين والهجرة اليهودية إلى إسرائيل. وقد رحّبت غولدا مئير بهذه الخطوة بشدة، واتخذت الإجراءات لتسهيل سفر ميكونيس إلى تشيكوسلوفاكيا بأسرع وقت[4]. وفعلًا سافر ميكونيس إلى تشيكوسلوفاكيا في 1 حزيران/ يونيو 1948، واستأنف اتصالاته بالقادة والمسؤولين التشيك، التي كان قد بدأها في زيارته السابقة إلى تشيكوسلوفاكيا من أجل جلب السلاح والمتطوعين للقتال إلى جانب إسرائيل في حرب 1948. واتصل ميكونيس أيضًا عند وصوله إلى براغ بإيهود أفرئيل، مندوب الهاغاناه في أوروبا الشرقية، الذي أصبح سفيرًا لإسرائيل في براغ بعد تأسيس إسرائيل، وسأله عن كمية الأسلحة ونوعيتها التي تحتاج إليها إسرائيل من تشيكوسلوفاكيا. فقال له أفرئيل إن إسرائيل تحتاج إلى كل شيء. فقام ميكونيس بعقد اجتماعات متتالية بالقادة والمسؤولين التشيكوسلوفاكيين لحضّهم على تزويد إسرائيل بمختلف أنواع الأسلحة التي تحتاج إليها إسرائيل في حرب 1948. ومن أجل تسهيل عملية نقل السلاح التشيكي إلى إسرائيل بأسرع وقت ممكن، ألحّ ميكونيس في لقاءاته بالمسؤولين التشيكيين على ضرورة تخصيص مطار تشيكي بالقرب من براغ، كما كانت تطالب إسرائيل، لنقل مختلف الأسلحة التشيكية إلى إسرائيل. وقد استجابت السلطات التشيكية لهذا الطلب وظل هذا المطار، الذي أطلق عليه ميكونيس والسفارة الإسرائيلية في براغ مطار “عتسيون”، يعمل على نقل الأسلحة إلى إسرائيل طوال عدة شهور. سادسًا: شراء إسرائيل السلاح من تشيكوسلوفاكيا كميات السلاح تنقسم الفترة الزمنية التي حصلت عليها منظمة الهاغاناه، ثم إسرائيل، على السلاح من تشيكوسلوفاكيا إلى مرحلتين أساسيتين. اشترت الهاغاناه السلاح من تشيكوسلوفاكيا في المرحلة الأولى التي امتدت من كانون الثاني/ يناير 1948 إلى تأسيس إسرائيل في منتصف أيار/ مايو 1948. أما المرحلة الثانية التي اشترت فيها إسرائيل السلاح من تشيكوسلوفاكيا، فامتدت من منتصف أيار/ مايو 1948 حتى نهاية العام، وقد فاقت كميته ونوعيته ما اشترته الهاغاناه في المرحلة الأولى. وشملت الأسلحة التي حصلت عليها الهاغاناه في المرحلة الأولى 24500 بندقية حديثة و5000 مدفع رشاش خفيف من نوع MG34 و200 مدفع رشاش متوسط من نوع “بزه” و54 مليون رصاصة و25 طائرة حربية بكامل أسلحتها وذخيرتها[5]. وقد نقلت هذه الطائرات جوًا بعد تفكيكها، وأعيد تركيبها حال وصولها إلى إسرائيل بمساعدة الخبراء التشيك. قطار جوي بين تشيكوسلوفاكيا وإسرائيل في ضوء ازدياد بيع تشيكوسلوفاكيا مختلف أنواع الأسلحة لإسرائيل، واستمرار حظر الأمم المتحدة بيع الأسلحة للأطراف المتحاربة، خصصت تشيكوسلوفاكيا مطار “جاطتس”، الواقع قرب براغ، على إثر الجهد الذي بذله ميكونيس، كما رأينا سابقًا، لتصدير السلاح التشيكي منه إلى إسرائيل، ولتدريب طيارين متطوعين يهود وغير يهود من أوروبا الشرقية وغيرها، وكذلك طيارين إسرائيليين كان من بينهم عازر وايزمان الذي أصبح لاحقًا قائدًا لسلاح الجو الإسرائيلي. وفي الفترة 20 أيار/ مايو-11 آب/ أغسطس 1948، نقل هذا القطار الجوي أكثر من 350 طنًا من الأسلحة والذخيرة في 95 نقلة جوية وفق ما كانت تطلبه إسرائيل من الأسلحة الحديثة حينئذ، وشمل ذلك الأسلحة الخفيفة والمتوسطة من بنادق حديثة ومدافع رشاشة خفيفة ومدافع متوسطة من نوع “بزه” وأسلحة أخرى والكثير من الذخيرة[6]. وإلى جانب هذا القطار الجوي، نقلت إسرائيل الأسلحة التي اشترتها من تشيكوسلوفاكيا بواسطة السفن، ولا سيما الأسلحة الثقيلة والمتوسطة، وشملت الطائرات العسكرية والدبابات والمجنزرات والمصفحات والذخيرة. وبلغ إجمالي عدد الطائرات الحربية التي اشترتها إسرائيل من تشيكوسلوفاكيا خلال الحرب 85 طائرة حربية، وقد مثّلت هذه الطائرات النواة الأولى لسلاح الجو الإسرائيلي. أهمية السلاح التشيكوسلوفاكي في حسم حرب 1948 لقد أشار الكثير من المؤرخين والمختصين والقادة الإسرائيليين إلى أهمية السلاح التشيكوسلوفاكي ومختلف أشكال الدعم الأخرى الذي حصلت عليه إسرائيل من أوروبا الشرقية بقيادة الاتحاد السوفياتي في حسم حرب 1948 لمصلحة إسرائيل، وأكدوا أيضًا أنه من دون حصول إسرائيل على هذا السلاح كان يُشكّ في قدرة اليهود على تأسيس دولة إسرائيل والحفاظ على وجودها. وقد كتب مؤسس إسرائيل، دافيد بن غوريون، في مذكراته يوميات الحرب، في 4 نيسان/ أبريل 1949: “في هذه الأيام مرّ عام على عملية نحشون التي شكلت تحولًا في مجريات الحرب”[7]. وفي خطابه في الكنيست في 29 حزيران/ يونيو 1950، أشاد بن غوريون بالمساعدة العسكرية التشيكوسلوفاكية، وقال إننا لن ننسى أبدًا مساعدة تشيكوسلوفاكيا التي قدّمها يان ماسريك وكلامنتيس. ولم يساعدنا فقط هذان الرجلان اللذان اتصلنا بهما، وإنما ساعدتنا الحكومة التشيكوسلوفاكية باسم شعبها أيضًا. وأنا أريد أن يعرف كل يهودي هذه المساعدة ويثمّنها[8] لافتة “تقدير” من أعضاء “الهاغاناه” للدور التشيكي في حرب 1948 أما رئيسة الحكومة الإسرائيلية السابقة، غولدا مئير، التي جمعت في ربيع 1948 نحو 60 مليون دولار من يهود الولايات المتحدة، وهو مبلغ ضخم بمعايير تلك الفترة، لشراء الأسلحة لمنظمة الهاغاناه العسكرية، ثم للجيش الإسرائيلي، وكانت أول سفير لإسرائيل في موسكو أثناء فترة “شهر العسل” بين موسكو وتل أبيب، الذي امتد نحو سنتين، فأكدت في مذكراتها، التي نشرتها في سنة 1975، أن إسرائيل اعتمدت بالأساس في حرب 1948 على الأسلحة التي اشترتها من تشيكوسلوفاكيا. وأضافت قائلة: “لولا الأسلحة والذخيرة التي تمكّنا من شرائها من تشيكوسلوفاكيا، وتمريرها عن طريق يوغسلافيا ودول أخرى في البلقان، في تلك الأيام المظلمة من الحرب، لا أعرف إذا كان بإمكاننا الصمود، إلى أن تغيّر الوضع في حزيران/ يونيو 1948. في الأسابيع الستة الأولى من حرب الاستقلال، اعتمدنا أساسًا (ولكن ليس بالمطلق) على القذائف والأسلحة الرشاشة والرصاص، وحتى الطائرات التي تمكّنت الهاغاناه من شرائها من أوروبا الشرقية، في الوقت الذي أعلنت فيه حتى الولايات المتحدة عن حظر بيع السلاح وإرساله إلى الشرق الأوسط”[9]. أما إسحاق رابين، الذي كان قائد لواء في منطقة القدس في حرب 1948، والذي أصبح لاحقًا رئيسًا لأركان الجيش الإسرائيلي ووزيرًا للدفاع ورئيسًا للحكومة الإسرائيلية، فكتب في مذكراته عندما وصلت الأسلحة التشيكية في بداية نيسان/ أبريل 1948 في تلك الفترة الحاسمة: “مهما كان حساب دولة إسرائيل وحساب الشعب اليهودي مع العالم الشيوعي، فإنه ينبغي الكتابة على رأس الصفحة بأحرف بارزة وواضحة: من دون السلاح التشيكوسلوفاكي، الذي من المؤكد أنه كان وفق تعليمات من الاتحاد السوفياتي، من المشكوك جدًا فيه إذا كان بإمكاننا الصمود في حرب استقلالنا، عندما أغلقت جميع دول الغرب مخازنها في وجهنا. وعندما حصلنا على البنادق والرشاشات والمدافع والطائرات من تشيكوسلوفاكيا، تمكّن جيش الدفاع الإسرائيلي من الصمود في المعركة الصعبة”[10]. “الفيلق التشيكوسلوفاكي” اقترح شموئيل ميكونيس، أثناء اتصالاته بالمسؤولين التشيكوسلوفاكيين والناشطين التشيكوسلوفاكيين اليهود في براغ، إقامة قوة عسكرية تشيكوسلوفاكية منظمة مكونة من التشيكوسلوفاكيين اليهود ذوي الخبرة الحربية التي اكتسبوها خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية، لتحارب إلى جانب إسرائيل في حربها ضد الشعب الفلسطيني والدول العربية في سنة 1948[11]. وقد أطلق ميكونيس على هذه القوة العسكرية التي بادر بالدعوة إلى تأسيسها “الفيلق التشيكوسلوفاكي”، تقليدًا وتيمّنًا بـ “الفيلق الدولي” الذي شارك في الحرب الأهلية الإسبانية إلى جانب القوات الجمهورية اليسارية ضد القوات اليمينية الفاشية. ففي سياق سعيه لتأمين مختلف أنواع الدعم التشيكوسلوفاكي، ولا سيما العسكري، اجتمع ميكونيس بباول رييمان، أحد قادة القسم الدولي في الحزب الشيوعي التشيكوسلوفاكي، وطلب منه إقامة “فيلق تشيكوسلوفاكي” مكون من تشيكوسلوفاكيين يهود، ليحارب إلى جانب إسرائيل في حرب 1948، وليكون شبيهًا بالفيلق الدولي الذي حارب إلى جانب القوى التقدمية في الحرب الأهلية الإسبانية[12]. وقد أولى ميكونيس، كما يُستشفّ من شهادته، أهمية كبيرة لتأليف هذا الفيلق لأنه، إضافة إلى مردوده العسكري المحض، سيعطي وفق وجهة نظره “صبغة تقدمية” للحرب التي كانت تخوضها إسرائيل ضد الشعب العربي الفلسطيني والدول العربية. فضلًا عن ذلك، فإن أفراد هذا الفيلق سيستوطنون في إسرائيل التي كانت في حاجة ماسة إلى الهجرة اليهودية، كي يتم توطين المهاجرين اليهود في المدن والقرى الفلسطينية التي كان يجري تهجير أصحابها العرب الفلسطينيين منها، ليتمّ تهويدها ولمنع عودة العرب الفلسطينيين إليها. وبعد موافقة السلطات التشيكوسلوفاكية على فكرة إنشاء الفيلق، أجرت هذه السلطات مفاوضات بشأنه مع إيهود أفرئيل، ممثل الهاغاناه في أوروبا الشرقية الذي أصبح سفيرًا لإسرائيل في براغ بعد تأسيس إسرائيل، وإقامة علاقات دبلوماسية، في أيار/ مايو 1948، بين براغ وتل أبيب[13]. وتوصل الطرفان بعد عدة أسابيع من المفاوضات إلى اتفاق بشأن إقامة الفيلق. وتعهدت الحكومة التشيكوسلوفاكية بموجب هذا الاتفاق بتزويد الفيلق بالسلاح الذي تدفع ثمنه الحكومة الإسرائيلية، وبوضع معسكر تدريب بالقرب من براغ تحت تصرف متطوعي الفيلق، يتم فيه تجميعهم وتدريبهم تمهيدًا لإرسالهم إلى إسرائيل. والتزمت الحكومة الإسرائيلية بنقل الفيلق إلى إسرائيل على حسابها، والتزمت كذلك أن تدفع شهريًا لكل عنصر في الفيلق 20 جنيهًا إلى جانب 40 جنيهًا لأسرته[14]. وكان من المفروض، وفق تصور ميكونيس وإيهود أفرئيل، أن يبلغ عدد أفراد الفيلق نحو 3000 عسكري، بيْد أن ذلك لم يتحقق، إذ وصل عدد أفراده إلى نحو 1500 عسكري فقط، وقد سافروا إلى إسرائيل بأسلحتهم الخفيفة في ثلاث مجموعات، وصلت الأولى في كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 1949، أما الثانية فوصلت في كانون الثاني/ يناير 1949، في حين وصلت الثالثة في شباط/ فبراير 1949[15]. وقد جرى دمج الفيلق التشيكوسلوفاكي في الجيش الإسرائيلي بناء على أوامر دافيد بن غوريون، وزير الأمن رئيس الحكومة الإسرائيلية. وشكّل الفيلق التشيكوسلوفاكي ثلاث كتائب في الجيش الإسرائيلي: كتيبة دبابات، وكتيبة مدفعية، وكتيبة مشاة آلية[16]. واستوطن أفراد الفيلق في إسرائيل بعد تسريحهم من الجيش الإسرائيلي. وقد استوطن قسم كبير منهم، بمبادرة ميكونيس وقيادة الحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي، كما ذكر ميكونيس في شهادته، في قرية إجزم الفلسطينية الواقعة في جنوب حيفا على سفح جبل الكرمل، التي كانت قوات الهاغاناه والبلماح، اللتين كان يخدم في صفوفهما عناصر من الحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي، قد هجّرت أصحابها العرب الفلسطينيين. وقد أطلق على قرية إجزم بعد تهويدها “كيرم مهرال”. وذكر ميكونيس في شهادته أنه هو وقيادة الحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي الذين بادروا إلى توطين قسم كبير من عناصر الفيلق في قرية إجزم، أما الباقون فجرى توطينهم في عدة قرى وبلدات فلسطينية مهجّرة كان من بينها بلدة الجاعونة في الجليل الشرقي بالقرب من صفد، والتي أصبح يطلق عليها “روش بينا”. وقد ذكر ميكونيس في شهادته أنه كان للحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي نحو 500 جندي في الفيلق التشيكوسلوفاكي. وعندما جرى تسريحهم من الجيش الإسرائيلي، بدأ الحزب الشيوعي وهؤلاء الجنود المسرّحون في السيطرة على البيوت العربية في قرية إجزم المهجّرة[17]. سابعًا: سعي الحزب الشيوعي الأرض – إسرائيلي للمشاركة في مؤسسات الأمن ومجلس الدولة اليهودية شن الحزب الشيوعي الأرض – إسرائيلي حملة واسعة ومستمرة لإشراكه في مؤسسات الأمن للييشوف اليهودي في فلسطين وفي مجلس الدولة اليهودية[18]. وفي بداية آذار/ مارس 1948، أبلغت اللجنة القومية وإدارة الوكالة اليهودية اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الأرض – إسرائيلي موافقتها على أن يكون للحزب ممثل واحد في مجلس الشعب، وطلبت من اللجنة المركزية تسمية ممثل لها في هذا المجلس، وقد استجابت اللجنة المركزية للحزب فورًا، وعيّنت شموئيل ميكونيس الأمين العام للحزب، الذي كان حينئذ في أوروبا الشرقية، ممثلًا لها في مجلس الشعب. لم يكتفِ الحزب الشيوعي بذلك واستمر في مطالبته بإشراكه في قيادة قوى الأمن للييشوف[19]. الحزب الشيوعي يدعو عبر صحيفته “كول هعام” لتسليح “الهاغاناه”، كانون الثاني: يناير 1948 ودعا مئير فلنر في مقالة له، أثناء النقاش في الييشوف بشأن تركيبة مجلس الشعب وحجم القوى السياسية فيه، إلى تمثيل الحزب الشيوعي في مجلس الشعب بأكثر من عضو واحد، وبما يتناسب مع قوته الحقيقية في الييشوف اليهودي[20]. وناقش فلنر أولئك الذين يطرحون أن مجلس الشعب ينبغي ألّا يمثل موازين القوى في الييشوف اليهودي في فلسطين فقط، وإنما أيضًا موازين القوى “في الشعب اليهودي في العالم”. وحاجج فلنر بأن “موازين القوى في الشعب اليهودي في العالم” ليست في صالح اليمين، وقال إن القوى التقدمية في صفوف الشعب اليهودي في العالم، وفي مقدمتهم الشيوعيون، يقفون بقوة إلى جانب إقامة الدولة اليهودية المستقلة والديمقراطية. وأوضح فلنر في مقالته أنه “حان الوقت لوضع حد، مرة وإلى الأبد، للادعاء الذي لا أساس له من الصحة المتمثل بأن دعم حرب الييشوف اليهودي للاستقلال القومي ودعم حق اليهود في الهجرة والاستيطان، قضية تخص الحركة الصهيونية لاعتبارها مطالب صهيونية[21]. واسترسل فلنر في محاولته إثبات أن الحزب الشيوعي يتمسك بهذه المطالب أكثر من الحركة الصهيونية نفسها، فقال إنه بات واضحًا في هذه الأيام، وسيتضح ذلك أكثر في المستقبل، أنه توجد الآن قوى داخل المعسكر الصهيوني، وستزداد أكثر في المستقبل، التي ستخون حرب استقلال الشعب اليهودي انطلاقًا من علاقاتها بالإمبريالية البريطانية والأميركية. وأضاف قوله إنه توجد في مقابل ذلك قوى كثيرة ذات وزن لا تنتمي إلى المعسكر الصهيوني، وتدعم بلا هوادة ومن دون مساومات حرب الاستقلال القومي للييشوف اليهودي في فلسطين. وانتقد فلنر في مقالته تقصير قيادة الحركة الصهيونية والييشوف في حشد مختلف الطاقات الكامنة في الييشوف واليهود في العالم وتجنيدها، وادعى أن الييشوف اليهودي مجنّد تجنيدًا جزئيًا فقط، وأنه ينقصه السلاح والعتاد والذخيرة ووسائل النقل. وطالب بالإسراع في إقامة الحكومة المؤقتة لكي تقوم بمهماتها ودورها بوصفها مؤسسة “مقاتلة تجند كل القوى الكامنة في الييشوف وفي الشعب اليهودي في العالم” من أجل تحقيق الاستقلال[22]. وبدوره، أشار إلياهو غوجانسكي في مقالة له إلى أن الييشوف اليهودي يواجه حربًا مصيرية وطويلة وقاسية، وأن ذلك يستدعي التعبئة والتجنيد الكاملين للجبهة، والعمق وملاءمة العمق لاحتياجات الجبهة، وتنظيم الاقتصاد والمجتمع ووسائل الإنتاج بالكامل لخدمة الحرب، بما في ذلك وضع قوانين طوارئ لخدمة الجهد الحربي[23]. وفي 13 آذار/ مارس 1948، اجتمعت اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الأرض – إسرائيلي بكامل أعضائها، وناقشت تردّي أوضاع الييشوف اليهودي نتيجة النضال الفعال الذي كان يخوضه الشعب الفلسطيني، واتخذت مجموعة من القرارات في ما يخص الحرب وقراءة الحزب لها ودوره فيها. وعالجت اللجنة المركزية أربعة مواضيع أساسية، هي: وضع الأمن، ومسألة القضاء على التهرب من الخدمة العسكرية، ومطلب الحكومة المؤقتة للدولة اليهودية، ودور الحزب الشيوعي في الحرب[24]. ومن المهم عرض أهم ما جاء في هذه المواضيع التي عالجتها اللجنة المركزية. – انتهت الحلقة الثالثة – (تعالج الحلقة الرابعة القرارات التي اتخذتها
