On Tuesday, officers arrested 33-year-old Dillion Burton Deveau of Yarmouth and charged him with second-degree murder, the RCMP said in a news release. Last month police charged 33-year-old Tyler Langford of Weymouth with second-degree murder. Both men have made court appeareancs and will be back in a Digby courtroom on July 18. According to the Mounties, Doucet was found severely injured after a home invasion on Feb. 16, 2022 at his home in Concession, Nova Scotia. He later died in hospital.
