According to RCMP, 51-year-old Jeffrey Wayne Faulkner is facing charges of fraud with a value of roughly $300,000. Police said they believe he has moved to Newfoundland and may be living in the Stephenville or Port Aux Basques areas. Mounties said officers have made several attempts to find Faulkner in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and are now asking for help from the public. Faulkner is described as 5’9, 225 pounds. He’s bald with a grey goatee and hazel eyes.
