On Wednesday, officers arrested Joseph James Jonathan Froment, 32, without incident in Dartmouth. Police say he was arrested in connection to six incidents where items were stolen from retail stores across the region and one incident where a vehicle was stolen and the owner was assaulted in a parking lot on Powder Mill Road in Fall River.
