RCMP say the incident occurred on September 25, after the suspect entered the store and allegedly grabbed a female employee by her hair and pulled her towards him in a sexually suggestive manner. In a release, RCMP say he also made sexually inappropriate comments towards the victim. Robert Stephen Blakeney was arrested and charged with sexual assault.
