According to police, staff at the NSLC on Spring Garden Road reported a man went into the store on Monday afternoon at about 1:30 p.m. The man allegedly took several bottles of alcohol and left without attempting to pay. HRP says the man was arrested just five minutes after the robbery was reported, as he boarded a Halifax Transit bus.
