The incident took place on Tuesday as officers received a report of a man entering a women’s bathroom at a business on Sackville Drive, lying on the floor and looking at a woman under a stall door. The police then put out a call to the public for help in identifying the suspect. Police said a 32-year-old man from Beaver Bank turned himself in on Thursday at the Lower Sackville RCMP Detachment. Mounties said he was arrested and later released on conditions.
