According to local polling company Narrative Research, when asked “How do you feel about the trucker convoy in Ottawa?,” 70 per cent of respondents living in our province said they’re against it, while 21 per cent said they support it. Results were quite different among our neighbours in New Brunswick, where 55 per cent give it a thumbs down and 29 per cent are for it. The opposition in Nova Scotia is also higher than the national average, where overall 63 per cent of Canadians disprove, while 28 per cent are in favour. “Support is greatest among younger Canadians – those under the age of 35 – while lowest among those aged 55 and older,” stated Narrative Research. “As well, support is highest among those with lower levels of formal education. It is also of note that those who rent their home, as opposed to own it, are more likely to be in support of the protests. “ The results are courtesy of an online survey between February 11 and February 13 of 1,232 Canadians 18 years of age or older, conducted from the Logit Group’s Canadian Omnibus, which surveys people about their opinions and behaviours related to topical issues. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post New film opening in Halifax aims to assist the endangered right whale (5 photos) next post Dentist accused of assaulting patients You may also like جامعة غويلف: ارتفاع عدد الطلاب المصابين بإنفلونزا المعدة... 9 يناير، 2025 كنديون يبدون آراءهم في كلام ترامب عن ’’الولاية... 9 يناير، 2025 كندا تعدّ ردّاً على الرسوم الجمركية التي هدّدها... 9 يناير، 2025 مطالب بمزيد من التمويل للتعليم في شمال أونتاريو 9 يناير، 2025 Bible Hill suspicious death ruled homicide, says RCMP 9 يناير، 2025 Hot water overflow, not chemical leak, prompted emergency... 9 يناير، 2025 Pedestrian injuries: Advocate says Halifax goals for safety... 9 يناير، 2025 RCMP investigate Mahone Bay deaths as intimate partner... 9 يناير، 2025 Pictou County man wanted on province-wide warrant arrested 9 يناير، 2025 Nova Scotia sees 35 per cent drop in... 9 يناير، 2025 Leave a Comment Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
