RCMP say an officer pulled the 19-year-old man over late Monday after radar registered his vehicle’s speed at 167 km/h in a 100 km/h zone of Highway 101. He was handed a $2,422.50 and his licence was suspended for a week. In addition, the vehicle was seized, so he and his passenger had to arrange another ride to their destination. “Driving at high rates of speed can have life-altering affects in a split second,” said Mounties in a news release. “Reduce serious injuries and fatal collisions by respecting speed limits.” 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Police investigate suspicious circumstances next post RCMP officer, communications official stand by political-interference allegation You may also like Police involved in power pole crash while chasing... 28 أبريل، 2026 Three drivers in HRM charged with stunting 2026 Manitoba man killed in Shubenacadie car crash 27 أبريل، 2026 Prime Minister Mark Carney announces Canada’s 1st sovereign... 27 أبريل، 2026 Power restored after thousands in the dark in...
