مؤسسة إسلامية ذات كيان سياسي رصين إلى ملكية وراثية، فارتبط المفهوم بالمظان العاطفية للمواطن المسلم والذمي أيضاً، وحينما يتصل الملك بالسلطة فالفساد قاسم مشترك والشهوات تظل عنواناً معبراً عن نظرية البقاء في السلطة والحرص عليها مهما كلف ذلك الكثير من مقدرات الأمة. ولعل هذه النظرة إلى مفهوم السلطة الدينية هو ما دفع الكثيرون إلى تبني وجهة نظر رافضة لأية سلطة تقبع تحت مسميات دينية لما حفظه التاريخ من سقطات لبعض الخلفاء، والحقيقة التاريخية تؤكد أن معظم خلفاء الملك الإسلامي تحديداً قد أخطأوا التقدير في إدارة الأمصار الإسلامية. وقد يظن القارئ أن تعرضنا لبعض أوجه القصور لدى هؤلاء الخلفاء لا يمت بصلة إلى واقعنا الحالي، لكني أرى ما صنعه هؤلاء الخلفاء هو التفسير المنطقي لشهوة الصمت والركود التي نحياها في مجتمعاتنا العربية حتى الآن رغم ربيع الثورات الذي هب علينا دونما ميعاد. فمثلاً يحفظ التاريخ الإسلامي بعض الوقائع السياسية والاجتماعية لخلفاء السلطة الإسلامية الذين سادوا أمتهم تحت دعاية إسلامية والإسلام منهم برئ تماماً ، فهذا هو الخليفة المقتدر، واسمه جعفر بن المعتضد تحكمت فيه أمه ـ وهي امرأة رومية غير عربية ـ وفي دولته وفي مصير الخلافة الإسلامية كلها، والتجربة التاريخية أثبتت أن كثيراً من النزاعات السياسية في الدولة الإسلامية كان مصدرها أم الخليفة. فكانت تولي وتعزل وتسجن، والخليفة في غفلة من أمره. ولقد لبث هذا الخليفة على عرش خلافة الدولة الإسلامية العظيمة زهاء خمسة وعشرين عاماً تحت جناحي أمه، والأدهش أنه لم يخرج مع جيشه إلا مرة واحدة قتل فيها، ويعلل المؤرخون هذا إلى خوف أمه عليه من الخطر، كما أنه كان كثير الشراب. وأظنك عزيزي القارئ تتعجل نهايته ومصيره، فقد قامت الثورات ضده وضد خلافته التي لا تفيق، حتى ذبح بالسيف، وسلبت ثيابه وترك مكشوف العورة، إلى أن مر رجل من الأكرة به فستر عورته ببعض الحشائش. فكرة الاستلاب التي هيمنت على تفكير بعض تيارات الإسلام السياسي تفرض عليها رؤية معينة للواقع، وتجعلهم بذلك غريبين عن الممارسة الاجتماعية الحقيقية وعن وعي الواقع بشكل موضوعي ولأن الشعوب العربية مصابة بفقدان الذاكرة المستديم، ولّوا من بعده أخاه القاهر، وبالطبع هم لم يولوه الحكم، بل سار إليه طوعاً أي بالفطرة، وكان سبب توليه الحكم أي منطق السدة أنه رجل طاعن في السن. ويكفينا فخراً وعجباً ودهشة أن يكون مبرر أجدادنا في تولي الرجال الحكم هو معيار السن والعمر. المهم أن القاهر كان أهوج، وشديد الإقدام على سفك دماء المسلمين والأقباط واليهود على السواء، محباً للمال لا لإنفاقه على فقراء الدولة الإسلامية بل لتبذيره وإنفاقه على المعاصي وقبائح الذنوب، وتخيل أن مؤرخي عصره كانوا يصفوه بأنه غير مفكر في عواقب الأمور، فمن الطبيعي جداً أن تسير خلافته إلى زوال قبيح، وكانت نهايته خلعه وسمل عينيه. ولطالما أكد غيري على ضرورة إعادة قراءة التاريخ من أجل استبصار الواقع الراهن واستشراف المستقبل الآتي من خلال تأويل الحدث وإدراك تفاصيله والوعي بمشهد سالف لتخطي عقبات الحاضر المشهود، لكن للأسف هناك توجه مقصود من الشباب شارك في صنعه نظام مبارك التعليمي والثقافي لاسيما في مصر حينما سعي بقصد أو بغير إدراك إلى تجريف العقول مما جعل طلابنا وأبناؤنا في حالى عزوف مستدام عن القراءة والمعرفة والنتيجة الحتمية لهذا السير عكس الاتجاه ستكون قاسية ساعة ما نجد أنفسنا بأيدي شباب لا يدركون ماذا كان بالأمس البعيد ولا يفطنون إلى واقعهم، ومن ثم فالمستقبل بالنسبة لهم مثل جائزة الصدفة تتحقق بغير جهد أو كلل أو تخطيط. واستناداً إلى المقدمة المنصرمة فإننا نجد الكثير من ساكني مصر المحروسة يتجولون بالمنطقة الجغرافية المعروفة شعبيا بمصر القديمة تحديدا بشارع المعز دونما أدنى معرفة بالشخص وتاريخه سوى أنه فاتح مصر وتحويلها إلى دولة خلافة فاطمية، وهذا أمر تستحق عليه وزارتا التربية والتعليم والثقافة الحساب العسير والشديد ومن ثم العقاب الرادع بغير رحمة لأنهما أغفلتا حقائق بسيطة عن شخص استطاع بحكامه وولاته على مصر أن يغيروا من سمتها وطبائعها وأحوالها ونظم معيشتها، لكننا بحق نعيش أزمة في التعليم والثقافة والحقيقة أننا لا نواجهها بالقدر الذي نواجه به الإرهاب رغم أن الإرهاب نتيجة منطقية لفقر التعليم وترهله، وغياب الثقافة وترديها. وسطور كثيرة يمكن خطها عن الخليفة المعز وهو الدور الذي ينبغي على وزارتي التربية والتعليم والثقافة القيام به من أجل التنوير وتفعل الثقافة وتثويرها أيضا، لكن الحضور الثقافي يفي بمشهد غير مرض عن الدور الثقافي التنويري الذي أصبح واجبا وفرض عين على التربية والتعليم في ظل واقع هيمنت عليه أخبار لاعبي الكرة الذين لن يصلوا إلى نهائيات كأس العالم نتيجة لخيبة رياضية محلية، أو أسعار حفلات المطربين الذين صار بعضهم وبعضهن نماذج صارخة للإسفاف والانحطاط القيمي والتردي الأخلاقي سواء على مستوى الكلمة والتأليف الموسيقى إن أدرك بعضهم هذا المصطلح وأخيرا الصوت الذي تم التعويض عنه إما بالعري والتعرية والملابس الساخنة والرقصات المتشنجة. والمعز هو الخليفة الفاطمي الرابع كان اسمه الكامل ولقبه الإمام أبا تميم معد المعز لدين الله، وهو خليفة من طراز فريد كما سيأتي الحديث عن الحاكم بأمر الله أحد الخلفاء أصحاب الطراز الفريد الأكثر غرابة، والأول لا يمكن الاختلاف على براعته ويراعته السياسية في الإدارة والحكم وتسيير أحوال البلاد والعباد، وكما يصفه أحد أساطين التأريخ لمصر المحروسة المستشرق (ستانلي لين بول) في كتابه الماتع “تاريخ مصر في العصور الوسطى” بأنه قادر على الإلمام بشروط النجاح وعلى استغلال كل نقطة لصالحه. والمعز لدين الله الفاطمي اختلف عن كل الذين قاموا بفتح مصر منذ الصحابي الجليل عمرو بن العاص (رضي الله عنه وغفر له) وحتى الفتح العثماني على يد سليم الأول بأنه كان يعرف قدر مصر التاريخي والجغرافي والأيديولوجي أيضا؛ لأنه ذو ثقافة رفيعة عالية، امتهر الثقافة والمعرفة، ولقد أتقن اللغة اليونانية والبربرية وجميع اللهجات السودانية المنتشرة آنذاك، ويروى عنه أنه أتقن أيضا اللغة السلافية ليتحدث بها مع عبيده بغير وسطاء، وتذكر كتب التاريخ الإسلامي التي رصدت فترة حكمه من مثل كتاب سيرة المؤيد للشيرازي وكتاب دولة المماليك الأولى في مصر والشام لأحمد العبادي أن المعز كان يبكي سامعيه بفصاحته وهو نموذج للعدل والنبل. وعود على ذكر المعز لدين الله الذي كان فتح مصر يمثل حلما استثنائيا له قد تحقق على يد قائده المخلص جوهر الصقلي الروماني وهو العبد المملوك من الامبراطورية البيزنطية. والشاهد يؤكد أن امتلاك المغرب لم يكن هدفا لدى المعز بل إن طموحاته توافقت مع مصر وقدرها ومكانتها، ولأن التاريخ دوما ينبئ بخفايا الماضي فمدينة القاهرة التي تم تأسيسها وتدشينها في عهد المعز جاءت تسميتها بعلة وحجة، فلقد كان كوكب القاهر في الطالع فسميت القاهرة بهذا الاسم، وقيل إن المريخ كان في الطالع وهو قاهر الفلك فسميت القاهرة، وهو ما جاء في كتاب النجوم الزاهرة، وكتاب المقريزي “اتعاظ الحنفا”. وسرعان ما فكر المعز في تحويل شقاء حياة المصريين إلى حياة كريمة فأرسل سفن القمح لإنقاذهم من محنة المجاعة وسعى إلى حكم البلاد بالعدل والحكمة لضمان السلام والنظام. هو المنصور أبو علي الحاكم بأمر الله، الشخصية الفريدة والعجيبة في تاريخ مصر وهو الابن الوحيد لأب حكيم وحاكم أمهر، أمه نصرانية، تولّى حكم مصر وهو ابن أحد عشر عاما حينما سقط العزيز والده ميتا في حمامه بمدينة بلبيس، وحينئذ أحضره الأمير برجوان، وكان خصيا صقليا نشأ في بلاط العزيز واستبد بالسلطة منذ تولي الحاكم بأمر الله حتى قتل، من أعلى شجرة جميز أثناء لعبه ولهوه. وهذا البرجوان الذي تحمل اسمه حارة شهيرة بالقاهرة الفاطمية كان غارقا في الملذات الحسية وأسقطته السلطة واللذة والمجون وربما الثراء المفاجئ، وكانت نهايته على يد الحاكم الخليفة الصغير الذي بدأ عهده الفعلي لممارسة السلطة باغتياله. وإذا أردنا أن نلقي ظلالا قصيرة على حكاية الحاكم بأمر الله العجيبة فإننا نقف طوعا مرة وكرها مرات كثيرة على ملامح رئيسة أبان فترة عهده العجيب أيضا، فهذا الرجل كما يسرد قصته ستانلي لين في كتابه، كانت له طريقة مروعة في التسلل بين رعاياه الأمر الذي جعل معلمه يطلق عليه لقب “سحلية”، وكان على موعد من الغرام مع الليل والظلمة، الشأن الذي أمر مجلسه الرسمي أن ينعقد في المساء وبأمره تحول الليل إلى نهار، فكانت الصنائع والحرف الوظائف كافة تسير بالليل فقط دونما النهار، ولربما تفسيرنا البسيط يشير إلى أنه رجل يخاف سطوة النهار بوضوحه وسطوعه. والحاكم بأمر الله الفاطمي يمتلك عقدة خفية صوب النساء، هذه العقدة تمثلت في نهي المرأة عن الخروج إلى الشارع مطلقا وفرض قوانين وقيودا رادعة على النساء في عصره، فقد عمد إلى حظر ظهور النساء في النوافذ، ومنعهن من ارتياد أسطح منازلهن أيضا، وبلغ به حد الحظر إلى منع الأساكفة (صناع الأحذية) من صناعة أحذية النساء. وبرغم هذه الكراهية غير المبررة صوب النساء، لجأ الحاكم بأمر الله الفاطمي إلى إعداد وتجهيز شرطة نسائية مشتملة على جملة من الجاسوسيات داخل تجمعات الحريم لجلب الأخبار والنوادر والحكايات. ومن الحكايا الطريفة في عهد الحاكم أن المصريين وضعوا مجسما ورقيا لامرأة بشكل ساخر في الطريق، الأمر الذي قابله الحاكم بنوع من القوة والتصرف الغاضب فقام بتمزيق المجسم. وحشية الحاكم بأمر الله وبطشه المستدام وعدم رأفته بالصغير والكبير، واضطراب معاملته وتسامحه مع اليهود والنصارى تجاوزت إلى مساحات أخرى في حياته يمكن توصيفها بالاضطراب النفسي والعقد الكامنة، هذا الاضطراب رغم معاناة اللفظة كان مدعاة للسخرية والتندر حتى وقتنا الراهن، فالحاكم أولا منع الجعة وصادر الخمور وأتلف أشجار الكروم، وهي أمور أسعدت المصريين المتدينين، لكنه في الوقت نفسه أحدث أمورا أخرى عجيبة ومدهشة. فلم يسمح بأكل الملوخية التي كان اسمها في الأصل “ملوكية” أي طعام لا يأكله إلا الملوك، وحظر لعب الشطرنج نهائيا وبالتالي تم إحراق كل رقعة أعدت للشطرنج، وأمر بقتل الكلاب أينما وجدت، وبلغ العجب بتصرفاته المضطربة أنه لم يسمح بذبح الماشية السالمة من العيب إلا في مناسبة واحدة فقط، عيد الأضحى. إذن فالسلطة في دولة الخلافة الإسلامية ارتبطت بأذهان المواطن العربي إما بالفساد والقوة والبطش والقمع، أو بالضعف والانزلاق وراء الشهوات الشخصية والمصاب الوحيد هو الشعب نفسه، والذي حكم بدافع الإسلام وأحكام الدين بقواعد وشروط وضعها الخليفة وساسته وبطانته. وهذا ما يخشاه المواطن العربي بصورة عامة والمصري بصفة شخصية، لأن مفهوم السلطة الدينية ارتبطت بمظانه الذهنية بصور بشعة قتلت باسم الإسلام مثلما حدث أبان الفتنة الكبرى وما بعدها في فترة يزيد بن معاوية وزياد بن أبيه وغيرها من الفتن التي عصفت بالأمة الإسلامية. هذا لا ينفي في مظاننا نحن أن تكون السلطة المدنية قائمة على مرجعية دينية غير متشددة بل المرجعية الموجودة في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الصحيحة، ومرتكزات قوامها الشريعة الإسلامية الرصينة من اجتهاد فقهي سليم بعيد عن الغلو الذي ضايق العقل والمنطق بتشدده وفكره المغلق. وهناك إصرار مستدام من جماعة الإسلام السياسي التي عانت عقوداً طويلة من المنع والحجب والقمع والاستبعاد الاجتماعي علي اقتناص السلطة السياسية تحت سياج ديني بغير شريك لهو أمر لا بد وأن يدعوني للتفكير من جديد في آلياتها، فإصرار الجماعة على تأسيس دولة ذات صبغة دينية، وليست دينية، لأن الدولة الدينية شيء والدولة ذات الصبغة الدينية شيء آخر تماماً، سيحدث وسط هذه الظروف التي تمر بها البلاد حالياً دون تخطيط أو معاناة في التنفيذ ومتابعتها ومراقبتها، ومن ثم تحقيق أهدافها المنشودة، وهم بذلك أشبه بالداعين إلي إقامة دولة مدنية وترسيخ أعمدتها وأركانها فهم أيضاً سيذهبون بغير وعي نحو هذا الشرك المنصوب لهم . فربط الدين مثلاً بالعلم بصورة مستدامة يوقعنا في إشكال خطير، نظراً لاتسام العلم نفسه بالتغير والتقدم الدائم، بل إن دعوة هؤلاء المناصرين لإقامة الدولة المدنية دون ضوابط ثابتة ستجعلهم يقدمون العقل علي ظاهر الشرع عند التعارض، وهذا بدوره يؤدي إلي تحريك الطائفية من جديد. ولا شك أن فكرة الحوار بين أنصار كل اتجاه مدني وديني يتحرك نحو الصراع والعداء، فكلاهما يرى الآخر على باطل، أو إن شئنا التوصيف علي لغط لا يسانده الصواب، إلا أن أنصار الدولة المدنية أخف وطأة في الحكم علي الآخر، فهم يبتعدون تماماً عن التكفير الذي طال معظم من اشتغل بالتفكير والتأويل والتحليل وإعمال العقل. وجماعات الإسلام السياسي منذ ظهورها كانت داعمة لفكرة الاستلاب الديني الأمر الذي جعل صاحبها يتطرق إلى مناحٍ سياسية بعيدة الصلة تماما عن الفكر الديني، بل جعلته يعقد وشائج الصلة مع كيانات وأشخاص مختلفين في الرؤية والرسالة، ولطالما سعت الجماعة منذ تدشينها في عشرينيات القرن المنصرم على ظهورها كبديل للاتجاهات المدنية الذائعة وقتئذ، والتي قدمت نفسها للشارع المصري ـ وربما رغم حالات النفي تزال ـ المالكة لكل الحلول التي تعالج مشكلات الوطن العربي بل والعالم الإسلامي سياسيا ودينيا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا. الأمر الذي جعلها تفكر في وسيلة سريعة للاستلاب وهي الانتشار عبر الصحف والمجلات والمنشورات السرية وغير السرية والخطابة بالمساجد غير متطرقين في بداية الأمر إلى شئون السياسة وإحداثياتها، بل الاقتصار على الشأن الديني المتعلق بالبدع والانحلال الأخلاقي. لكن فكرة الاستلاب التي هيمنت على تفكير بعض تيارات الإسلام السياسي تفرض عليها رؤية معينة للواقع، وتجعلهم بذلك غريبين عن الممارسة الاجتماعية الحقيقية وعن وعي الواقع بشكل موضوعي، ولا أتعجب من قصر هذه الرؤية رغم تاريخ هذه التيارات الطويل في التخطيط والتدبير السري، لأن الوصول على سبيل المثال إلى سدة الحكم في مصر أو في تونس كان وليد الصدفة، وجاء نتيجة القفز على مكتسبات
