The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board will be invoking the interrupter clause. “This change is necessary due to significant shifts in the market prices of gasoline and diesel oil,” the UARB said in a news release. The board did not indicate if the new prices would be higher or lower. Both fuels saw a big drop in the regular weekly adjustment. Nova Scotians woke up Friday to a new minimum of 173.3 for regular self-serve, down nine cents.
