الاتفاق النووي، وضعت واشنطن ضمن استراتيجيتها في مواجهة إيران محاربة أذرعها المنتشرة في عدد من الدول العربية، ويبدو أن حزب الله اللبناني أقوى الأذرع الإيرانية يخوض مواجهة مع الأميركيين بعيداً عن أنظار الإعلام. أزمة فنزويلا المتفاقمة ترتبط بشكل مباشر مع التطورات الحادة في منطقة الخليج، فرغم المسافة البعيدة إلا أن الأزمة الفنزويلية مرتبطة بالأزمة الإيرانية وتبعاتها على حزب الله الذي يعاني من ضعف تمويل إيران بعد فرض العقوبات الاقتصادية وتقلص دوره في تجارة المخدرات وغسيل الأموال في أميركا اللاتينية. تجفيف تمويل حزب الله في فبراير 2019 سلط وزير الخارجية الأميركي مايك بومبيو الضوء على نشاط حزب الله اللبناني في فنزويلا، وعلى رغم المسافة البعيدة إلا أن تأثير حزب الله في المجتمع الفنزويلي منذ 2008 أصبح أكبر مما يتصوره الكثيرين. تعتبر جزيرة مارغريتا، التي تقع قبالة سواحل فنزويلا، ملاذًا آمنًا لعناصر الحزب. وفي ظل نظام الرئيس الفنزويلي السابق هوغو تشافيز، عملت الحكومة على توفير الملاذ الآمن لمؤيدي حزب الله في فنزويلا. لكن الأكثر إثارة للجدل مما قاله بومبيو هو اعتقاد واشنطن أن تغيير نظام نيكولاس مادورو سينهي علاقة فنزويلا مع حزب الله. بيد أن هناك سببًا للشك في أن هذا التغيير سيؤثر على طبيعة العلاقة الإشكالية لكاراكاس مع المجموعة الإرهابية. لدى حزب الله تاريخ طويل ويمكن أن يوصف بـ (القذر) في فنزويلا فقد نشط في تهريب الكوكايين عبر مواطن لبناني مرتبط بحزب الله يدعى شكري حرب بحسب “فورين بوليسي”، وهو مهرب مخدرات ويمارس غسيل الأموال ويتنقل باسم “طالبان” واستخدم بنما وفنزويلا كمحاور لإرسال المخدرات من كولومبيا إلى الولايات المتحدة وغرب أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط وأوروبا. وقد غسل عائدات تهريب الكوكايين بتحويلها إلى البيزو الكولومبي أو البوليفار الفنزويلي، حيث كان صافي أرباح حزب الله يتراوح بين 8% و14%. صفقة الشر تم الاتفاق بين كل من الرئيس الفنزويلي الراحل هوغو شافيز وجماعة القوات المسلحة الثورية في كولومبيا (فارك) ومنظمة حزب الله. حصل الاتفاق، وفق ما أوردت تقارير نشرتها وسائل إعلام إسبانية، على الضوء الأخضر النهائي في ذلك العام بعد أن عزز النظامان الحاكمان في فنزويلا وإيران علاقاتهما بقوة، تحت قيادة الزعيم البوليفاري الراحل والرئيس الإيراني السابق محمود أحمدي نجاد، ثم سار رئيس فنزويلا الحالي نيكولاس مادورو على نهج سلفه. تصنف “فارك”، أقدم الجماعات المتمردة في أميركا اللاتينية، من قبل الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة كجماعة إرهابية بنشاط حثيث في تجارة المخدرات بالمنطقة. يبدأ انتشارها من المكسيك حتى الجنوب في الأرجنتين. ووفرت العلاقات التي أقامتها على مدار العقود الأخيرة أقوى الصلات بزعماء أكثر عصابات المخدرات دموية، والتي تبرز “سينالوا” من بينها، ولا تتوقف هذه الروابط، رغم تأكيد (فارك) منذ عامين أنها تدفع حواراً للسلام مع الحكومة الدستورية في كولومبيا. يسيطر حزب الله على مئات الأطنان من المخدرات في هذه المنطقة الحدودية، لتجد طريقها إلى فنزويلا، ومنها تنطلق السفن إلى غرب إفريقيا لإغراق السوق الأوروبية بها. وتُقدر حركة تجارة المخدرات فيها بنحو 14 مليار دولار بما فيها غسل الأموال والتحويلات التي تخرج من هناك لتمويل أنشطة إرهابية لحزب الله، كما رصدت دول في أميركا اللاتينية حركة تحويلات كبيرة من هناك إلى بلدان عربية وغربية. ونجح حزب الله وفيلق القدس في الهيمنة على بعض المسالك المهمة في تجارة المخدرات في تلك المناطق المحيطة بجبال الأنديز، من البيرو إلى الأرجنتين ونصف القارة تقريباً وصولاً إلى الكارييبي. الرشوة طريق للنفوذ تمتد مخالب حزب الله إلى أعلى مستويات الحكومة الفنزويلية خصوصاً خلال فترة حكم الرئيس الراحل شافيز وما زالت، إذ دفع حزب الله رشى لضباط أمن الحدود الفنزويليين ومسؤولي وكالات إنفاذ القانون عبر أعضاء في حزب الله أو من عملاء لهم يمكثون على الأراضي الفنزويلية، وأيضاً عبر شخصيات متعددة تقوم بإدارة عمليات الاتجار بالمخدرات والفساد، أهمها وزير الصناعات طارق العيسمي الذي شغل منصب نائب الرئيس فيما بعد، وحاكم ولاية أراغوا، والمقرب جدًا من حزب الله والذي فتح الأبواب لتعاملات مريبة مع تنظيم حزب الله الإرهابي، ووزير الداخلية نيستور ريفيرول، والمهرب الفنزويلي من أصل لبناني وليد مقلد. ومع ذلك، يمتلك حزب الله جذورًا عميقة في فنزويلا، ومن غير المرجح أن تتمكن أي حكومة فنزويلية من طرده منها بشكل كامل. رئيس مخابرات- حزب الله أن “هذه العملية لا يمكن أن تتم دون إشتراك حزب الله فيها، وفقاً لما ذكرته صحيفة نيويورك تايمز في ديسمبر 2011 م. كشف رئيس المخابرات السابق في فنزويلا هوغو كارفاخال النقاب عن تورط أعلى الهرم في الحكومة الفنزويلية والدائرة الضيقة المحيطة به في تجارة المخدرات، وتدريب عناصر تنظيم حزب الله الإرهابي. وأكدت اعترافات كارفاخال على أنّ حزب الله متورط في تجارة المخدرات من قلب أميركا اللاتينية، القارة الأكثر إنتاجاً للمخدرات في العالم. وأكد أن الاتجار بالمخدرات والفساد كانا من الأمور الشائعة والروتينية، ويقوم بإدارة عملياتها شخصيات بارزة مثل نيستور ريفيرول، وزير الداخلية وطارق العيسمي، الوزير الذي شغل منصب نائب الرئيس فيما بعد، والنظام الفنزويلي نفسه. وقال: إن المسؤولين الفنزويليين، الذين يتولون مهام مكافحة تهريب المخدرات والمنوط بهم حماية البلاد من شرورها، هم أنفسهم الذين يقومون بالمتاجرة بها في الوقت نفسه. وأكد أنه عندما سافر هو والعيسمي إلى إيران في عام 2009م، كجزء من وفد يمثل الرئيس هوغو شافيز، طلب العيسمي، وزير الداخلية آنذاك، التوقف في سورية بحجة أنه كان لديه أصدقاء وأقارب هناك، مضيفًا أنه خلال فترة التوقف، التقوا بممثل عن حزب الله والدبلوماسي المتعاطف مع التنظيم الإرهابي غازي نصر الدين، القائم بالأعمال السابق في السفارة الفنزويلية في دمشق. واقترح العيسمي خطة سيأتي بها عناصر من تنظيم حزب الله إلى فنزويلا للتعاون في تجارة المخدرات وتمويل التسليح بالتواطؤ مع عناصر الحركة المتمردة الكولومبية، المعروفة باسم “القوات المسلحة الثورية لكولومبيا” (فارك). عيون أوباما .. لماذا أغمضت؟ الشرق الأوسط، إلى منظمة إجرامية دولية تجني ما يصل إلى مليار دولار سنوياً من الاتّجار بالسلاح والمخدرات وتبييض الأموال وغيرها من الأنشطة الإجرامية، وفق ما نقلت صحيفة الشرق الأوسط. واستعرض التقرير الاستقصائي، المكون من ثلاثة أجزاء، محاولات عرقلة مسؤولين في وزارات الخارجية والعدل والخزانة الأميركية، لجهود الحملة التي أطلقتها جهات التحقيق تحت اسم “مشروع كساندرا” في عام 2008، لملاحقة الشبكة الإجرامية الدولية للحزب. فرنسا .. تحقق أثار قرار المدعي العام الفرنسي إحالة 15 شخصاً يتعاملون مع حزب الله اللبناني إلى المحكمة الجنائيةبتهمة “الاتجار بالمخدرات وغسل الأموال” التساؤل حول ما إذا كان الحزب يعتمد على شبكات غسيل أموال ومخدرات في أوروبا لتمويل نشاطاته؟ وبحسب ما نقلته صحيفة “الشرق الأوسط” فإن صحيفة “لونوفيل أوبسرفاتور” الفرنسية الأسبوعية، أكدت “تعاون شبكة حزب الله مع شبكات دولية للإتجار بالمخدرات وغسل الأموال، كان من أبرزها شبكة كولومبية للاتجار في المخدرات الصلبة “الكوكايين والهروين”، والتي يعود ارتباطها مع حزب الله إلى العام 2012”. ووفقاً للصحيفة الفرنسية، “يتولى اللبناني محمد عمار الملقب بـ “أليكس” قيادة الشبكة التي تعمل لصالح حزب الله اللبناني، مع لبنانيين آخرين قيد الاعتقال، لم تذكر الصحيفة الفرنسية أسماءهم”. وأشارت الصحيفة أيضاً، إلى أنّ عمار وأشخاصاً آخرين، سبق أن
