Halifax Regional Police have received 237 reports of thefts from motor vehicles throughout their jurisdiction in the last month alone. Police say doing the following can reduce your odds of being the next victim: Lock your vehicle, even when parked in your driveway or garage. Make sure to take your wallet/purse with you when you leave your vehicle. Never leave valuables in your vehicle, especially in plain view. Don’t leave your garage opener in your vehicle. Consider leaving outside lights or motion sensors on during the night. If possible, park in well-lit, well-travelled areas. HRP encourage anyone who has had property stolen to report it either online or by calling 902-490-5016. They say it’s especially important to immediately report stolen government identification or licence plates. If you see suspicious activity in or around parked cars — including someone pulling on door handles — call police at 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Crime Stoppers. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post دلال البزري من تورنتو : الجنس “الشرعي” وموازين القوى على الأرض next post Parole conditions changed for former Nova Scotia fugitive found in Latin America You may also like جان كريتيان: ’’لقد وحّد ترامب الكنديين أكثر من... 12 يناير، 2025 Heat pump, laptops, mounds of clothing among items... 12 يناير، 2025 How Trump could declare a national emergency to... 12 يناير، 2025 It’s sick season.
