It has launched an online survey asking residents their thoughts on two functional design options for the route running from Terminal Road to the Historic Properties. One focuses on transit, the other aims to enhance the pedestrian experience. HRM says 4,900 vehicles per day travel on Water Street, while up to 5,000 pedestrians walk and roll down the road in the summer months.
